Rehabilitation is quite important after a sports injury / surgery.



The goals of Rehabilitation are ususally

1. Prevent further injury
2. Restore optimum function
3. Return to sport.

A sucessful Rehab program should include, atleast the following

1. Restore the joint range of movement
2. Muscle flexibility
3. Strength
4. Proprioception
5. Cardiovascular fitness
6. Restoring sports specific skills.
